Every home in one ZIP code, whatever neighborhood it’s in.

City

The whole city across all its ZIP codes. In Manor, Leander and Kyle, the city is a single ZIP code.

Metro

The Austin area as a whole. Use it for context next to a local card.

What the numbers are

Every figure comes from Unlock MLS (ACTRIS) through MLS Grid, analyzed by WIR, with an as-of date. They describe an area, not the value of any one home.

When they change

We refresh the reports as new MLS data comes in, and every card links to the current report. Copy a card again to update its figures.
